Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a busy and growing engineering firm based in Maidenhead. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term career prospects for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

Select correct tooling and ensure machine settings are accurate

Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements:

Proven experience operating press brake machines (Amada, Bystronic, or similar)

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physically fit and able to handle materials and tools

Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle due to the rural location

Benefits:
