Key Responsibilities in Retail Sales and Customer Advice- Engage warmly with customers, confidently identifying their needs and offering expert advice on bedroom and sleep products.
- Use your product knowledge and our unique sleepPRO technology to recommend tailored sleep solutions.
- Guide customers through the sales journey to ensure satisfaction and secure loyal, happy clients.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and outstanding service.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming store environment, ensuring displays are attractive and current stock is showcased.
- Handle customer queries and feedback positively, seeking prompt resolution to any issues.
- Operate tills and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work flexibly to cover evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts as these are peak shopping periods.
Skills and Experience Required for Success in Sales- Confident and approachable communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within retail, hospitality, or sales environments.
- Resilient and results-driven approach, willing to try new strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to delivering great service every shift.
