Maplebrook Care Home is a modern, purpose built home in Wolverhampton, providing high quality residential and specialist care for up to 81 residents within a supportive and welcoming environment.
Care Assistant - Dayshift
- £12.71 per hour
- Dayshift, 7am to 7pm
- Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
- Onsite parking
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, this role plays an important part in supporting residents with their daily routines, ensuring care is delivered with dignity, respect and compassion. This opportunity is open to both new and experienced candidates, with full training and support provided.
Working as part of a close knit team, the role supports residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily activities, helping to promote independence and overall wellbeing. Care is delivered in line with individual care plans, ensuring a consistent and person centred approach.
The role also involves building positive relationships with residents, offering reassurance and emotional support, and contributing to a safe, clean and welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable and valued.
