Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting Support Workers in the Virginia Water, Surrey on a permanent basis.

• Salary: £24,829 per annum (pro rata)  
• Hours: Full Time (39)

 We’re looking for Support Workers to support adults who have learning disabilities, autism, dementia and behaviours that challenge. Daily Duties

• Supporting individuals to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.  
• Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.?  
• Supporting the management of our people’s finances.  
• Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.?  
• Providing, and encouraging, personal care.?  
• And enjoying what you do!  

Person SpecificationThe successful applicant must have:

• 2 Years minimum experience

• Full UK Driving License essential and willingness to drive service vehicle.
• Demonstrable Knowledge and experience working within Mental Health, Dementia, End of Life/Palliative Care.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and commit to working hours mentioned above.
