Phoenix Solutions & Consulting have partnered with a leading Global OEM who are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join in their Manchester based facility. The successful candidate will manufacture core products for key civil and military clients. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to produce high quality work to tight tolerances.

Responsibilities:

* Manufacturing components via key processes: rubber press, hand form, profiling parts after form, wheeling.

* Strong attention to detail to produce high quality tight tolerances components.

* Follow in house routing/processes ensuring that the correct calibrated equipment is used.

* Committed to working safely and comply with the 5S standards in place.

Qualifications:

* Aerospace sheet metal experience with thin gauge aluminium.

* Proven experience as a sheet metal worker with a solid engineering background.

* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and bills of material (BOM).

* BPSS security clearance (includes DBS and 3 years employment history)

* Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
