Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join an all-through SEN school in Harrow, supporting pupils with a primary or secondary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Role Details
Required: SEN Learning Support Assistant
Schedule: 5 days per week, full time, Monday to Friday.
Start Date: 27/11/2025
End Date: No end date (On-going, long-term)
Location: Harrow, Northwest London
School Type: All-through SEN school (Primary & Secondary)
Daily Rate: GBP107- GBP110

Key Responsibilities
· Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD, behavioural and additional needs.
· Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and learning interventions.
· Support pupils with personal care duties as required.

Requirements
· Minimum 1 year experience working with children with SEN (preferably in an SEN school).
· Knowledge of ASD and associated learning/behavioural needs.
· Ability to use strategies such as PECS, Makaton, or other communication tools (desirable).
· A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach.
· Child and Adult DBS on the update service.
· 2 references covering the past two
