Osebka recruitment are looking for several experienced 360 operators to join our client, a well-established construction company in the Midlands. You'll be responsible for operating 360° excavators on-site, supporting groundwork and civil engineering projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

*

Safe operation of 360° excavators (above / below 10T, depending on ticket)

*

Carrying out digging, grading, trenching, and lifting operations

*

Performing daily checks and maintaining equipment to a high standard

*

Working closely with site managers and ground workers to meet project deadlines

*

Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations

Location: East Anglia, Buckinghamshire and Midlands

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a 360 Operator

*

Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (above and/or below 10T)

*

Strong understanding of groundwork and site safety practices

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Full UK driving licence desirable
