Your role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant...

• Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
• Work with small groups or individual pupils
• Provide targeted support for SEN and additional learning needs
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
• Assist with tracking pupil progress and intervention activities

Training and Development...

• Practical classroom shadowing
• CPD in behaviour management, safeguarding and SEN support
• Preparation for future teacher training or education careers

Requirements...

• Degree (subject-related preferred, but not essential)
• Interest in education and working with young people
• Experience with children or young people (desirable)
• Willingness to complete safeguarding and KCSIE training
• Enhanced DBS holders prioritised
