HVAC Engineer - Job Details:

Pay: Up to £40,000 per annum
Hours of Work: 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
Duration: Permanent

Job Role: The HVAC Engineer will work across commercial and industrial sites servicing air conditioning systems. This mobile role covers the North West and North Wales, focusing on fault finding, service, maintenance and breakdown of HVAC systems. You will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across various systems including Splits, VRVs, VRFs, AHUs and Heat Pumps. Duties also include emergency call-outs, completing statutory PPMs in line with SFG20, recording all works electronically and managing subcontractors as needed.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Proven experience in the HVAC sector with planned and reactive maintenance
Facilities Management experience
Technical expertise in HVAC equipment including Splits, VRVs, VRFs, AHUs
Skilled in service, maintenance, fault finding, troubleshooting and breakdowns
Category 1 F-Gas qualification (current and valid)
Full UK driving licence
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

C&G/NVQ in Air Conditioning or equivalent
City & Guilds 18th Edition
NVQ/City & Guilds in Plumbing
Commutable From: Manchester, Stockport, Bolton, Wigan, Skelmersdale, Warrington
