Recruitment Team Leader

Location: Camberley, Surrey (Office-based, 3-4 days per week)

Salary: £40-£45k + uncapped individual and team bonuses (package tba)

We're a modern, AI-enabled engineering & manufacturing recruitment business looking for a high-performing Recruitment Team Leader to drive candidate delivery while leading a small offshore resourcing team and managing / growing a select group of customer accounts.

This is a hands-on billing role with real leadership responsibility.

You'll manage your own vacancies, deliver placements, and lead a small offshore team of Resourcers. You'll be the bridge between client requirements and structured, high-quality delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Billing & Delivery

* Managing live perm and/or contract vacancies

* Qualifying roles and presenting high-quality shortlists

* Interviewing candidates and managing them through to offer

* Driving speed, quality and conversion ratios

* Hitting and exceeding personal billing targets

Leading Offshore Resourcers

* Setting daily activity and output expectations

* Monitoring CV submissions, interviews and conversions

* Coaching and improving screening standards

* Running daily virtual check-ins and weekly performance reviews

* Driving accountability and continuous improvement

Working With Modern Recruitment Tech

* Using an ATS with AI-powered outreach

* Managing multi-channel sourcing (LinkedIn, email, sequencing)

* Improving automation workflows and candidate engagement

What We're Looking For

* Proven recruitment billing experience (technical markets ideal)

* Experience managing / mentoring or leading teams - 5 years+

* Comfortable managing offshore / remote teams

* Highly organised with strong process discipline

* Tech-aware and confident using modern recruitment systems

* Commercially driven and performance-focused
