Are you passionate about supporting children in their educational journey? We are currently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to work in fast-paced schools across Medway and Kent.

• Previous experience working in a school setting
• Ideally, experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – or willingness to obtain one

?? Day-to-Day Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils and teachers. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with classroom activities and learning tasks
• Providing one-to-one or small group support, especially for SEN pupils
• Helping manage classroom behaviour and routines
• Supporting pupils with emotional and social development
• Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support
