Position: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
Salary: £95 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Full-time (term-time only)As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting the teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Working alongside passionate staff, your responsibilities will include:

Leading pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups, or during whole-class activities
Helping to prepare engaging classroom resources
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment
Supporting with assessment and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents
Contributing to the overall positive ethos of the schoolThe ideal HLTA will have:

Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA within a primary school
A recognised Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
Confidence in leading learning activities and using initiative
A team-player attitude with a proactive, flexible approachAbout the School:
