HR Business Partner - Leisure Industry - London - £45,000

You will be joining an award winning organisation within the leisure industry at their offices based in central London.
Your new role
In your new role you will partner with managers on HR areas e.g. payroll, recruitment, ER and succession planning. you will complete the annual pay-rate benchmarking, implement an annual Engagement survey and complete monthly pension reports.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experience generalist who is used to approaching HR from a strategic business perspective. You will be able to effective communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business - providing advice and support on ER, employment law and HR policy and procedures. You will be experienced in identifying gaps in HR functions and implementing HR strategies to drive the HR agenda forward. You should be willing to travel to sites within the UK regularly.
