We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team at a solo children's residential home in Morecambe. This unique service provides therapeutic, one-to-one care for a young person who may find group living difficult. It's a meaningful, rewarding role where your leadership and compassion can change lives.
What You’ll Do: - Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations
- Lead, mentor and develop a small team of residential care staff
- Ensure high-quality, child-centred care and safeguarding
- Drive positive outcomes for the young person in your care
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and care standards

What You’ll Need: - 2+ years’ experience in a children's residential care home (within the last 5 years)
- 12+ months in a supervisory or management role in a care setting
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of Ofsted, relevant legislation, and Quality Standards
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Must be 21 or over (in line with care regulations)
