Our client — a highly respected Chartered Financial Planning firm — is expanding and looking for a confident, proactive Administrator to join their established support team. With a diverse and loyal client base, including high-net-worth individuals, this is an excellent opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge while contributing to first-class client service.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a vital role in supporting Financial Planners by handling a blend of technical and administrative responsibilities, including:
- Maintaining and updating detailed client records
- Preparing draft reports and documentation
- Processing applications and fees across investments, pensions, and protection products
- Placing trades and handling investment transactions
- Providing ongoing administration across clients’ portfolios
- Regular liaison with clients and providers, ensuring smooth and timely service
