The Role: You will work closely with students aged 11-16 with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties. Your role will involve both 1:1 and small group support, helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
What We're Looking For: -
Experience working with children or young people with SEN

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners

Desirable: -
Experience with EHCPs, behaviour management, or personal care
