A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors / Associates to join its busy property teams across several Kent offices.

The Role

You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with some exposure to commercial property work where required.

Your work will include:

Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages and transfers of equity
Leasehold matters, including lease grants and renewals
Title checking, searches, enquiries, and reports
SDLT and post-completion processes
Occasional commercial matters (e.g. refinancing, acquisitions, leases)
Active involvement in business development
About You

Qualified Solicitor or experienced conveyancer
Strong experience handling a busy residential caseload independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively
Strong client care and communication skills
Commercial awareness and a team-focused approach
