Repairs & Maintenance Manager

Salary: £63,222 per annum

Hours: 37 per week, Monday–Friday

Location: Norfolk / Hybrid

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing provider for an experienced Repairs & Maintenance Manager. This role will lead a large in-house repairs team and external contractors to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused maintenance service across homes in Norfolk.

The role:

• Manage and motivate a high-performing team and trade operatives
• Oversee day-to-day repairs, planned works, and contractor management
• Ensure budgets, contracts, and procurement deliver value for money
• Drive continuous service improvements and innovation
• Ensure health & safety compliance and promote a safe working culture
• Monitor performance to achieve top-quartile service standards

You will need:

• Proven leadership in repairs, maintenance, or property services
• Strong organisational and budget management skills
• Knowledge of housing repairs legislation and best practice
• Relevant qualification (e.g. Building Surveying, CIOB, HND) or equivalent experience
• Full UK driving licence with business use insurance
