Head of Analysis and Testing

Circa £100k per annum + car allowance + 30% bonus
Hybrid - 3 days per week in Jamestown office

What you'll do:

Define and implement strategy for Analysis & Testing aligned with global transformation goals.
Own the end-to-end BA process - requirements gathering, feasibility studies, process modelling.
Ensure robust testing governance and quality assurance. You'll need a good understanding of testing principles and tools, but you won't be building frameworks or doing hands-on testing.
Work with senior stakeholders (including C-suite) across global, multi-site environments. Win hearts and minds, manage resistance, and drive adoption of new processes and tools.What we're looking for:

Proven leadership in Business Analysis within large, complex organisations.
Experience in global, multi-site environments and exposure to diverse technology and digital projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing at C-suite level.
Knowledge of BA and testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Ideally from Retail, Hospitality, F&B, or Entertainment sectors.What we can offer you:
