Project Administrator - Construction

Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Salary: £30000 - £35000/annum

We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Watford.
The main purpose of this role is to support the business with projects from initial enquiry, through to design, procurement and delivery.
This role would ideally suit someone with fit-out/D&B experience having carried out estimating/project management duties with a keen interest in design.
* Preparing quotations
* Liaising with customers throughout the project cycle
* Processing orders where appropriate
* Sending out quote requests for works that are required for projects.
* Scheduling works to be carried out across various trades
* Purchasing materials
* Sort out any snagging at the end of the job
* Process contractors invoices including CIS deductions.
* Running 3D visual renders of designs and preparing a presentation document for the design to be emailed and sometimes posted to the client.
* Following up on designs sent and trying to progress enquiries through the sales process.
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the below skills and personal attributes:
* Experienced within the fit-out/D&B Industry
* Experienced within a similar, estimating/project management/design role
* Strong attention to detail
* Interest in interior design
* Robust character
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Monday - Friday 07:30-16:30
* Salary between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE
* 20 days holiday + 8 Days BH
