The Role:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you'll work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting class teachers and delivering targeted interventions and small group sessions. You may also be asked to lead whole-class lessons in the absence of a teacher, providing continuity in learning and supporting the school's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support learning activities across the curriculum
• Deliver targeted booster sessions and interventions
• Provide whole-class cover when required
• Support pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEN
• Assist in planning and assessing learning activities
• Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate:

• HLTA qualification or relevant Level 4 qualification

• Proven experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary setting• Confident delivering lessons and managing the classroom

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Committed, reliable, and passionate about education
