The ideal candidate would have experience working within the recruitment industry and be familiar with the financial requirements and paperwork involved in running a business.
Essentials
Excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks
Checking/preparing weekly payroll
Processing payments weekly
Preparing invoices weekly
Keeping records of expenses/ pay suppliers
Preparing VAT Returns - quarterly
Preparing CIS returns - monthly
Able to produce monthly reports (management accounts)
Able to work to and not miss important deadlines, without supervision
Good working knowledge of word, excel and PowerPoint etc
Desired
Qualified accountant/ studying towards a qualification
Experience working in Germany or other European Countries
