Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a Hull based manufacturing business, in the recruitment of an experienced Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join the team, assisting in the delivering of all Continuous Improvement based projects.

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator duties and responsibilities will include:

Assess the performance of current manufacturing processes, using appropriate structured techniques to drive improved performance.
Work with the Head of Continuous Improvement to support in the successful delivery of all Continuous Improvement for the Hull site.
Regularly present updates to senior management and other team members 
Lead LEAN projects to achieve goals (savings)
Update CIP's/LEAN savings on a weekly/monthly basis and present to senior management
Update OEE/Efficiency/Output data daily
Use of excel based tools/models to improve data collection/analysis (quality data, capacity planning, production planning etc.)
Conduct Time Study activities to set up targets.
We are very keen to speak to you if you have the following skills and experience:

A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in Continuous Improvement
Educated to degree level or relevant practical experience.
Six Sigma or Lean training is desirable.
Excellent record in previously using lean tools to drive improved performance.
