We are looking for compassionate and skilled Team Leader to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.

Marston Court is a home is situated in the East area of Leicester and is close to all amenities. We are a 22 bedded residential care home that provides 24 hour care for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. We also support individuals on a dementia care pathway. We provide high quality care and a safe environment that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life.

What You’ll be Doing

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
• Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Ensure a safe and clean-living environment for residents.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support worker
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained
