The Role
This Commercial Litigation role requires a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to manage a diverse case load involving contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, professional negligence and insolvency. Working in a Commercial Litigation department with an excellent reputation and partner led.
 
The Candidate
A Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in Commercial Litigation who will have a positive attitude, an excellent understanding of the litigation process with excellent technical skills.
Salary dependent upon experience.
