Your Impact

As our Registered Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our operational excellence. Your leadership will shape the lives of vulnerable adults, empower our team, and elevate our standards to achieve outstanding CQC ratings.

What You'll Do

Quality & Compliance

* Ensure exceptional care delivery across all operations

* Lead audits, inspections, and assessments to drive improvement

* Represent My client to the CQC with confidence and integrity

Leadership & Strategy

* Partner with the Care Manager to develop strategic growth plans

* Support performance targets, compliance, and quality benchmarks

* Prepare and manage annual budgets, including profit and loss forecasting

Stakeholder Engagement

* Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, and regulators

* Collaborate with external agencies to empower service users

* Identify new opportunities for expansion and innovation

Continuous Improvement

* Monitor service delivery and implement initiatives to boost satisfaction

* Stay current with legislation, safeguarding, infection control, and training

* Provide guidance and support across departments when needed

What You Bring

Essential

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Social Care (or equivalent)

* Proven experience in health and social care

* Strong leadership anord communication skills

* Understanding of legislation relevant to adult social care

* UK Driving License

Preferred

* 2+ years supervising and managing staff in a care setting
