Fire & Security Service Engineer - West Midlands - £36,000 + Full Package

We are currently seeking an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a leading, well-established fire and security company operating across the West Midlands region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and reliable engineer to join a forward-thinking business that values its staff and supports ongoing development.

The Role:

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and fault-finding of a variety of fire and security systems across commercial and industrial sites. Experience with GENT fire alarm systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Routine service and maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems

* Fault diagnosis and repairs

* Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with current regulations and company procedures

* Liaising with clients and providing exceptional customer service

* Completing accurate reports and documentation

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Fire and Security Engineer

* Familiarity with intruder, CCTV, and access control systems

* Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, ideally with GENT panel experience

* Full UK driving licence

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* FIA qualifications and manufacturer training are advantageous

* £36,000 basic salary (negotiable depending on experience)
