Quantity Surveyor | Leeds | West Yorkshire

Unite People is working with an established, specialist groundworks infrastructure contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for the business in Leeds

You will be working with a privately owned company that has long standing relationships with key clients. If you are currently in a slower paced, one project role, supporting a commercial lead. This opportunity, will give you the platform to have ownership of some smaller value projects independently. Enabling you to fast-track your career to Commercial Manager

The successful candidate will be working with an established group of clients with an impressive order book for 2025. With company turnover expected is to increase significantly

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

* Maintaining commercial controls on projects

* Cost to complete

* Pricing and agreeing change

* Close liaison and collaborative team-work with the project teams

* JCT or NEC form of contract experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

* A relevant qualification is preferred but not essential

* Demonstrable working knowledge as a Quantity Surveyor
