This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a highly respected and well-established Electrical Building Services Contractor based in Essex.

The company is renowned for delivering high-quality projects in the commercial and office fit-out sectors, with project values typically ranging from £250k up to £4m. They offer a full turnkey service from design through to installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships

* Oversee project costs, quality, and health & safety compliance

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the building services sector

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Applicants should have a strong background in the commercial sector and relevant industry qualifications
