Our client based in the centre of Croydon are looking for Administrators wo provide an excellent Patient Co ordinator experience for their customers.

Location: Croydon, London
Contract Type: Temporary
Commute: Just a 9-minute walk from West Croydon train station and a quick 6-minute stroll from East Croydon tram station!

As our Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients feel valued and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

What You'll Do:

Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and friendly service
Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries efficiently.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow.
Maintain accurate patient records and update the database regularly.
Support the team in delivering top-notch care and service!

What We're Looking For:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive attitude with a strong sense of empathy.
Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role is a plus!
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good Administrative skills
Competent IT abilities.
Excellent communication skills
