Client Accountant - Romanian Speaking

• Annual Salary:  £35,000

REED Practice are seeking an experienced Account Manager to become part of a highly successful team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle client queries primarily related to Tax and Accounts.
• Prepare Accounts up to the Trial Balance Stage to be passed on to the Accounts Finalisation Team.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• Liaise with HMRC as needed, mainly to reconcile Accounts or address missing payments (excluding client investigations).
• Ensure client data completeness and chase missing information.
• Prepare and submit VAT Returns.
• Assist with client Self Assessments, corporate Tax returns, Payroll & CIS as needed (full training provided).
• Participate in Client Tax Review Meetings and identify opportunities for introducing clients to additional services such as Mortgage advice, Tax Investigation Cover, R&D claims, and Management Accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Fluency in both Romanian and English.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Tax Legislations and the Accounting sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
