Commercial Property Land Development Solicitor – Bristol

An opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor at Associate level to join this well-established law firm with the commercial property department where you will specialising in strategic land development for existing house builder, landowner, registered provider, developer clients and some landowners on primarily residential development schemes.

You will advise on: 

• Site acquisition 
• Promotion agreements, option agreements and hybrid promotion/options
• Conditional contracts, conditional on planning and/ or provision of infrastructure
• Site assembly and disposals
• Collaboration agreements between landowners

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in commercial property with an interest in land development
• Good knowledge of property law, planning regulations and real estate transactions
