The Role

You will support the delivery of mechanical building services design projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to Stage 7, working closely with contractors and project teams to ensure coordinated, buildable solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

Mechanical design within UK building services projects

Producing and reviewing drawings using AutoCAD

Supporting technical submissions and site coordination

*

Liaising directly with contractors and project stakeholders

*

Ensuring designs are practical, well-presented, and deliverable

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in UK mechanical building services design

Exposure to RIBA Stages 4-7

Strong AutoCAD capability
