Our client based in East London provide housing management services in partnership with local authorities and are currently looking for a Maintenance operative to manage works within a hotel. You must have Maintenance background and ideally be a driver. You will be required to meet the daily demands of fixing issues on site and at a varied scale. Every day you will be provided with a schedule of works and a list of jobs for that day,

Job Responsibilities

• Dealing with any requests as reported by guests

•Dealing with general maintenance work

• Ensuring a good customer service is provided to guests and other service users.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience of dealing with Plumbing works

• Experience of dealing with electrical works

• Experience of dealing with painting and decorating works

• Carpentry skills (Hanging doors)

• Experience Changing locks
