With a reputation for delivering exceptional commercial legal services, the firm supports a broad range of clients - from care providers and energy businesses to some of the most recognised sports teams in the region.The Corporate team is highly regarded for advising on a wide spectrum of transactional and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
