Are you ready to kick-start your career in a hands-on, high-energy environment? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Mobile Plant Operative - Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Learning to operate a range of mobile plant machinery (e.g., excavators, dumpers, loaders)

• Supporting site operations including loading, unloading, and transporting materials

• Carrying out basic maintenance and safety checks on equipment

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Working alongside experienced professionals and receiving on-the-job training

What You'll Gain:

• A Level 2 or 3 Apprenticeship in Plant Operations (depending on experience)

• Industry-recognised certifications (e.g., CPCS or NPORS)

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine interest in plant operations and machinery

• Willingness to learn and work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A proactive and safety-conscious attitude

• Minimum age 18 (due to machinery operation regulations)

• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
