Our London-based client is seeking a Junior AV Support / Meeting Room Technician to join their Managed Service Team, providing on-site support to a prestigious FTSE 100 organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. First-line IT or technical support experience is beneficial but not essential. A strong interest in AV technology, meeting room systems and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams will help you thrive in this role.
Role Overview
You will act as the first point of contact for all AV and meeting room-related issues, ensuring all collaboration spaces operate smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly support high-level business operations, including VIP and executive meetings.
This role is based on standard business hours (Monday-Friday), with occasional early starts or late finishes to support special events.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and support AV systems and modern workplace technology across client sites
* Manage AV hardware and related management platforms
* Support all meeting rooms, event spaces and collaboration environments
* Deliver high-quality “white glove” support for VIPs and C-suite executives
* Provide ad-hoc assistance and customer support across the business
* Perform daily checks to ensure all rooms and AV setups are fully functional and meeting-ready
* Handle and take ownership of pre-booked meeting room support requests
