About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3/4 Teacher to join a wonderful primary school in Grantham. This is a full-time supply position, Monday to Friday, starting after the may half term.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and delivering engaging lessons for a mixed Year 3/4 class
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
Contributing to the wider school community
Some planning and marking responsibilities may be required

Essential Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching KS2, particularly Years 3 and 4
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for creating an inspiring learning environment
