A family-owned, award-winning principal contractor in Hertfordshire is looking for a Site Manager to run a scheme in Olney, Buckinghamshire.

Established in 2004, our client specialises in designing, managing, and constructing high-quality construction projects across both public and private sectors.
They have a proven track record in a range of sectors, including Commercial & Industrial, Health, Education, Housing, and Retail.

They have a loyal/stable workforce and are financially secure. They get lots of repeat business (roughly 75% of their work is repeat business)They have a full order book for this year and work secured for next year

The Role - Site Manager

You will be running a new build community centre scheme in Olney, Buckinghamshire, that is worth £1.1m and is set to run for 24 weeks.
