The Role

We're looking for a Registered Manager who can:

* Lead from the front - inspire your team, hold the line on quality, and keep the vibe strong.

* Own the mission - deliver truly child-centred care that supports healing, growth, and hope.

* Nail the paperwork without losing your soul - compliance, safeguarding, and audits are second nature to you.

* Handle pressure like a pro - because this role isn't easy, but it's worth every ounce of effort.

What You'll Be Doing

* Running the home like it's your own - with love, pride, and leadership.

* Managing placements, care plans, staffing, and strategic goals.

* Building a team culture that screams excellence (and never burnout).

* Being Ofsted-ready every single day - not just when they knock.

* Championing young people's voices and smashing outcomes.

What We're Looking For

You don't just tick boxes you tear them up and build better ones.

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children & Young People Residential)

* Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager

* Safeguarding lead with the confidence to lead from the front

* Emotionally intelligent, emotionally available, and not afraid of big feelings

* You get how to balance nurture, boundaries, and promote an ambitious, driven , positive team culture
