As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Progressor to join our team and support our buyers through the purchase journey.
As a Sales Progressor, you will be the key liaison between our sales team, solicitors, financial advisors, and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient journey from reservation to legal completion. You will proactively manage a portfolio of sales to ensure timely exchanges and completions, maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the progression of all sales from reservation to completion.

Liaise with customers, solicitors, financial advisors, and internal teams to monitor milestones and remove obstacles.

Ensure timely contract exchanges and completions in line with targets.

Provide regular updates to Sales Managers and report on sales pipeline and forecasted completions.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions.
*
Proactively identify and resolve delays or issues during the sales process.
*
Deliver excellent communication and customer service throughout the buying journey.
*
Work closely with the site sales teams and conveyancing professionals to ensure customers are supported.

Monitor compliance and ensure all sales adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
