Assistant Aftersales Manager
Location: Exeter
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic + Bonus

Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in Exeter who are looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to support the running of their Service and Parts departments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Service Manager, Workshop Controller, or Senior Service Advisor ready to step up into a senior leadership role.

The Role:

Supporting the Aftersales Manager with the daily running of the department

*

Overseeing Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, Technicians, and Parts team

*

Driving labour sales, efficiency, and productivity

*

Monitoring KPIs and assisting with departmental reporting

*

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)

*

Supporting staff training, coaching, and development

*

Maintaining compliance with FCA and Health & Safety standards

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Previous experience within a dealership aftersales environment

*

Experience as a Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor, or Workshop Controller

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

*

Full UK driving licence
