As we look ahead to September 2025, we are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our team and make a lasting impact on our youngest learners.

Role Overview:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will lead a Reception or Nursery class (depending on experience), planning and delivering play-based, creative, and engaging learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will support each child's development across all areas of learning, nurturing their curiosity, confidence, and readiness for the next stage of their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality, child-centred learning experiences that align with EYFS principles

*

Create a warm, inclusive, and well-organised classroom where all children feel safe and supported

*

Observe, assess, and record children's progress, using this information to plan next steps

*

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and the wider school team

*

Build strong relationships with parents and carers, maintaining open and effective communication

*

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and early years initiatives

We are looking for:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (EYTS considered for Nursery-focused roles)

*

A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development

*

Experience teaching in an early years setting (Reception or Nursery)

*

Creativity, enthusiasm, and a nurturing approach to teaching

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

A collaborative, reflective attitude and commitment to ongoing development
