The Role - Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a PRU based in Hammersmith and Fulham on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students aged 11-16 who are at risk of exclusion or have been permanently excluded from mainstream education. You will work closely with the class teacher and behaviour leads to de-escalate challenging situations, provide emotional support and help students re-engage with learning. A strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches and previous PRU or youth work experience is essential.

The School - Behaviour Mentor
This is a well-established Pupil Referral Unit in Hammersmith and Fulham that supports students with complex behavioural needs. The school fosters a supportive, resilient learning environment and offers regular behaviour-focused CPD for staff.
