Description
The Birmingham based Project Manager will:
- Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects within the property sector.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project life-cycle.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage resources effectively to achieve project goals.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A strong background in the building and construction industry.
- Proven track record managing mechanical and electrical projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UK construction processes and regulations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Degree, HNC, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
