Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Paddington - 45K 

I am currently representing an excellent mechanical company who are in need of a static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on a static site in Paddington. 

The position is due to sheer growth within the company who provide projects, service & maintenance contracts to a variety of gas, A/C, heating and mechanical services to high end commercial & residential clients. 

PACKAGE: 

up to 45K basic 

24 days holiday + bank

THE ROLE:

Looking for a Static Mechanical Maintenance / Building Services Engineer on a high-end hotel site in Paddington. 

You will be carrying out Pre planned maintenance, reactive and repair work focusing and taking ownership on:

AHU's 

FCU's 

Fan Motor Replacements 

Resets
