Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £55,900 per annum
Shift Pattern: 2s and 3s (Days and Nights)

About the Role

We are seeking a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our fast-paced manufacturing site in Milton Keynes. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production machinery through effective preventative (PPM) and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs on production machinery.

Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently to minimise downtime.

Work collaboratively within a multi-skilled engineering team on both days and nights.

Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability projects across the site.

Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety, and quality standards.

About You

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Strong electrical bias with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Good knowledge of PLCs, drives, and automated systems (advantageous).

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Flexible to work a 2s and 3s rotating shift pattern (days and nights).
