Welder

Welder Salary:  £16.49 to start moving to £18.96 in 3x months

Welder Location: Northampton

Shifts:

Candidate to start on days until they have gained their coding's (usually takes 3x months). Will move onto night shifts once this has completed.

Day shift: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4:15pm Friday 7am - 12pm

Night shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30 - midnight Friday 1:30 - 8pm

Company will put the successful candidate through codings. All applicants MUST have strong TIG welding experience in a high precision environment.

Welder Responsibilities

Operating a semi-automatic welding machine
Following engineering drawings
TIG welding to high spec
Working with Stainless, duplex & super duplex
Welding with exotic materials to a high precision standard
Working 3mm - 5mm gauges
Working on low volume bespoke products 

Welder Experience:

Proven experience working with stainless, duplex & super duplex
TIG & Mig welding experience on stainless
Pipe welding
Bespoke low volume welding
Operating semi automatic welding machinery
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
