We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Temporary Service Manager (Maternity Cover) for a specialist domestic abuse support service.

Contract & Hours:

14-month fixed-term contract
35 hours per week, worked flexibly between 9:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to FridaySalary: £30,000 per annum

About the Role: This is a key leadership position requiring passion, dedication, and a strong commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct line management and supervision of a small team of housing and tenancy officers, ensuring consistent, person-centred, and trauma-informed support is delivered across the service.
