Who we're looking for:

We are looking for experienced Project Directors with multi-discipline rail experience to support projects to deliver business unit profit, safety and management system performance, business culture and client relationship outcomes that are consistent with the Groups standards and expectations, financial objectives and regulatory requirements.

The Project Director is responsible for managing and leading Project Managers and their teams for successful project delivery in a manner that meets budget and program objectives and encourages repeat business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* degree qualified Association for Project Management (APM) with relevant experience

* chartered status preferable

* high level verbal and written communication skills with ability to get along with diverse teams

* demonstrated experience on rail projects with multiple disciplines as a project director on client or contractor side

* ability to work autonomously as well as lead teams, set targets and monitor progress

* excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do

* motivation to achieve value-for-money results and deliver with confidence

* willing to travel
